Refund / Cancellation Policy

To provide you with the best possible service, you can cancel your order 24 hours prior to delivery. However, if your order is en route or delivered, we will be unable to cancel the order.

You can call us at (303) 841-5866 anytime to cancel an order. We will try our best to accommodate your request as long as your request meets our cancellation policy.


To provide you with the best possible service, you can return merchandise for replacement or refund.

Flowers & Perishable Products

If you are not fully satisfied with your gift please give us a call immediately upon receipt at (303) 841-5866, we will do our best to remedy any issues with the items purchased.

Specialty Gifts

Specialty gift items that are non-perishable may be returned for any reason, for a full refund (within 1 day of receipt of the item) provided the items are returned unopened with the original packing materials and documentation.

We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we have received and processed the returned gift item. You can expect a refund, in the same form of payment originally used for the purchase, within seven to fourteen days of our receiving your return.

Delivery Policy

At Mainstreet Flower Market, we understand the importance of timely flower delivery. We make every effort to deliver your order as soon as possible.

Our delivery policy is as follows:

Same-day delivery is available for orders placed before 1:00 PM MST, Monday through Friday.

We are not able to provide delivery on certain holidays like Christmas, New year's day and other major holidays.

We deliver to all areas within 20 miles of Parker CO.

For deliveries outside of our local delivery area, additional fees will apply.

We will send a text verification to the recipient the day of delivery to ensure that someone will be home to receive the gift.

We are not responsible for any delays caused by the recipient not being available at the time of delivery or due to incorrect address provided.

We will send you notifications for delivery updates, including a picture of the flower arrangement. Some deliveries may be outside of a service are which may cause us to not be able to send a picture immediately.

We take great care in delivering your order and will make every effort to ensure timely delivery, but please understand that we cannot guarantee specific delivery times. If you have any special requests or concerns, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate them.

Refund / Cancellation Policy

At Mainstreet Flower Market, we pride ourselves on providing the highest quality products and service to our customers. However, we understand that sometimes things don't go as planned. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we want to make it right.

If your flowers arrive damaged or do not meet your expectations, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We will do our best to offer a replacement or refund, provided that the original product is returned to us in its original condition.

If you need to cancel an order, please let us know as soon as possible. If your order has not yet been prepared or delivered, we will be happy to offer a full refund. If your order has already been prepared or delivered, we will do our best to accommodate your request, but we may not be able to offer a full refund.

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for custom arrangements or for changes made to an order after it has been delivered.

Please note that we are unable to guarantee specific delivery times. If your order is delayed or damaged in transit, we will do our best to rectify the situation, but we may not be able to offer a refund.

Speciality gift items that are non-perishable may be returned for any reason, for a full refund (within 7 days of receipt of the item) provided the items are returned unopened with the original packing materials and documentation.

Please note that we can refund shipping fees only if the return is a result of our error. Otherwise, you will receive a full refund for the cost of the speciality gift item, but the original and return shipping fee will not be refunded. To return an item, please call us at (303) 841-5866.

Substitution Policy

We take great pride in providing our customers with the highest quality flowers and arrangements. However, due to the seasonal and perishable nature of our products, substitutions may be necessary at times to ensure timely delivery and the best possible product quality. Our skilled designers will make every effort to maintain the style, theme, and color scheme of your order, using flowers of equal or greater value. If a specific flower or color is unavailable, we will substitute with a similar flower or color. We guarantee that your arrangement will be fresh, beautiful, and that you or your recipient will be completely satisfied.

Credit Card

When making purchases with our website, the credit card you provide will be submitted for authorization, and if approved, charged by each individual florist either at the time the order is taken on the website or upon receipt of the encrypted order information. Processing of the foregoing credit cards follows credit card industry standards.

As always, consumers making purchases must have a valid credit card, be at least 18 years of age or older, and have good credit standing.

Opt out /Modify

If you would like to modify or delete your account, simply return to any of the floral sites in our network, and click on the link called Your Account. Once you have signed in to your account, a menu of options is provided for you to delete or edit your stored account information.

Your Consent

By shopping at our Sites or opening an account with our website, you consent to the use of your Personally Identifiable Information by us in the manner specified in this Policy. We, however, have the option to change, modify, or add to the terms and conditions of the Policy at any time. We will inform you of any changes by posting the revised Policy on our Sites.
